FIRST: The client contracts the “Parking Service” custody service with Autocenter Mallorca Meisterbetrieb SL. for a period of 12 months.

 

This service includes:

 

• One parking space on a fenced, uncovered lot

• 10 delivery and collection services of the vehicle to and from Palma de Mallorca Airport, for a 12 months period from the start date of the contract.

• Battery check and basic exterior washing

 

SECOND: The price agreed for this service is €750 (VAT included) per year. Additional delivery and collection services, starting from the eleventh service, will have an additional cost of €38 each. (VAT included)

 

THIRD: Our Working hours at the airport are daily from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. During this period we will try to deposit the vehicle as close to the time of arrival as possible. Later than these working hours, the vehicle will be deposited in the car park with the last journey of the day, including for booking on the following day until 7.30am

 

THIRD: The client has the right to terminate this contract one month in advance, otherwise it will be automatically renewed for one year.

The 10 services included in this contract will be valid only during the 12 month period of this contract and will not be cumulative for future renewals.

 

All our current extra charges:

 

Refilling fuel 30 € ( VAT incl.) + amount of fuel put

Keysafe 10 € ( VAT incl.) for each use

Labour 40 € per hour ( VAT. incl.)

 

 

Autocenter Mallorca reserves the right to make pertinent adjustments or modifications to the price of the future renewal of the contract, according to possible changing market circumstances. Autocenter Mallorca also reserves the right not to renew the contract for the CLIENT without the need for any specific cause, notifying said resolution at the end of the contract.

 

CLAUSES AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CONTRACTED SERVICE

 

FOURTH:  Autocenter Mallorca Meisterbetrieb SL. is not responsible for possible damages and/or theft caused by interference from third parties, as well as liability for force majeure, public disturbances, wars, and natural phenomena. Autocenter Mallorca Meisterbetrieb SL. is not responsible for any valuables and personal items that may be left in the vehicle.

 

POSSIBLE ACCIDENT ON THE SERVICE ROUTES

 

In the event  of an accident, caused by employees of Autocenter Mallorca during the transfer of the client's vehicle to or from the airport, or any other journeys required to carry out any service requests made by the client,  Autocenter Mallorca will act through its liability insurance, to carry out the relevant repairs to the vehicle always in its own workshop as required by said insurance policy. These repair will not have any costs for the client, hence the client renounces to his/her free choice of repair workshop.

 

All damages caused to any third parties will be covered by the client's compulsory car insurance, as required by the current Spanish regulations.

 

 

FIFTH: CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

 

1) SERVICE NOTICES

In order to provide a good service we need you to schedule your arrivals at least 48 hours in advance through our website. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee the correct fulfillment of the services, such as the cleaning of the vehicle.

 

- In case of notice within 48 to 24 hours, the car will be delivered to the airport, but the cleaning of the vehicle is not guaranteed.

- In case of notice less than 24 hours the CLIENT will have to use his/her own means to come to our facility to pick up the vehicle.

 

In both cases the CLIENT will have to call +34 644 007 339 and not send an email or whatsapp

 

 

 

- If the client notifies Autocenter Mallorca of the cancellation of their arrival flight less than 3 hours before the scheduled arrival, additional costs could be incurred. Any cost caused by changes in our route planning or parking ticket payment will be the clients responsibility.

 

- If the client forgets to communicate the return of his vehicle at least 24 hours before his departure, he would be responsible for possible costs.

 

2) FORGOTTEN KEY

 

- In the event that the client forgets his/her own key and asks the Autocenter staff to go to the airport to bring him the copy of the key in our possession, this service will have a cost of €60 VAT included

 

-If the CLIENT notifies us 24 hours in advance, we will leave the key in our possession in a keysafe at a cost of €10, VAT included.

 

3) Obligations regarding the vehicle

 

• The client is obliged to have contracted at least a compulsory minimum third party insurance with coverage for any driver over 25 years of age. The employees of Autocenter Mallorca M. SL are over 25 years of age. The CLIENT assumes that in the event of an accident, Autocenter Mallorca M. SL will not assume any responsibility if the CLIENT´s Vehicle Insurance policy requires a different age other than that of the Autocenter Mallorca M. SL staff, as a condition of coverage.

 

• The client is obliged to leave the vehicle with enough fuel so that the Autocenter Mallorca staff can return to our base and be able to take the car to the airport for the next delivery to the client. Any deriven costs due to this reason, including possible towing costs, police fines, etc... will be the CLIENT´s responsibility.

 

• The client has the obligation to leave in his/her car the elements required by law such as vests and reflective triangles. Any possible sanction from the authorities on this matter will be the CLIENTS´s responsibility.

 

• The client is obliged to have a valid ITV (MOT). Any possible sanction from the authorities or deriven costs due this matter will be the CLIENTS´s responsibility.

 

• The CLIENT must deliver the vehicle in a perfect working order , with all the technical inspections up to date, and with all the legal required documentation inside, inorder to guarantee the the proper displacement of the Autocenter Mallorca M. SL staff to and from the airport. Any deriven costs due to these points, including possible towing costs, police fines, etc... will be the CLIENT´s responsibility.

 

SIXTH: In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 15/1999 of December 13 (hereinafter LOPD), the entity informs you that your personal data will be included in various mixed files called CLIENTS/USERS whose purpose is the provision of contracted services, for administrative, accounting and tax purposes, as well as to inform you of the company's services. The entity in charge of the Files is “Autocenter Mallorca Meisterbetrieb SL, S.L” with CIF: B57251654, address at Calle Son Bugadellas 2, 07180 Poligono Son Bugadellas, Calvía, Balearic Islands. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data by mail addressed to the address indicated above and/or email: admin@autocenter-mallorca .com

 

SEVENTH: The contracting parties approve this agreement, having read and signed it in duplicate. In case of litigation, they submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, waiving their own jurisdiction.
